We are hold 4-6 training sessions per week during spring/summer.
Water training is dependant on the tides and the availability of the coach(es).
Monday - 4pm
Tuesday - 4pm
Wednesday - 4pm
Thursday - 4pm
Saturday & Sunday - tide dependant
